Crescentia Capital’s AllClear Underground Solutions, LLC Acquires Engineered Spray Solutions
BALTIMORE, MD – Sept. 16, 2024 – Crescentia Capital, (“Crescentia”) is pleased to announce that its portfolio company AllClear Underground Solutions, LLC (“AllClear”), a leading provider of underground water and wastewater infrastructure maintenance services, has completed its acquisition of Engineered Spray Solutions (“ESS” or the “Company”).
ESS, founded 2015, specializes in spray-applied infrastructure rehabilitation. ESS rehabilitates deteriorated wastewater, stormwater, and chemical containment structures by applying restorative coatings and anti-corrosion protective linings. The Company operates out of Lakeland, FL with satellite branches in Georgia and Tennessee. It has established strong relationships with municipalities throughout the Southeast.
